My Dream My Future

Do you pay attention in how fast time goes by? From the age of 5 we spend our time busy with school, and then we grow up to find a job and build up a family. Before we realize, time has passed by and all the dreams we had for our future have not yet come true. The reason is because our dreams are just dreams and haven’t yet become goals. The only way to achieve our goals is to know what we want to plan how to get it. Life is a dream, realize it.
In my future I want to do so many things. One of the things I want to do is become a Civil Engineer so I can help build a better Houses and Structures. To become an Engineer, I will have to study more than ever. Graduate from University of Northern Philippines is one of my short-time goals I want to achieve. After that I want to get a well-paid job as an Engineer, doing all kind of projects to improve the infrastructure of different cities. I also want to create an organization for the poor and homeless people in my country; I believe that we should all have the same privilege like have a place to live in and receive an education. I wish for a happy and healthy life, who doesn’t? But this is something I can only wish for. On the other hand I can work hard to make my dreams come true.
CHANGE STARTS WITH ME :D

They say that I am just a kid. That I can't change anything. They say the world is a cruel and
Heartless place and it is.

In today's world people are more concerned with their text messages then their neighbours. People
Are more worried about Jersey Shore than the bullying at local schools. But the real problem is
Not their ignorance, it is their indifference. They play the "life is unfair card," and move on. But
Not me.

To change the world, it starts with a single person. That single person has to have the moral and
emotional strength to stand up for what they believe in. One single act of bravery in the face of
certain defeat can inspire a lasting change on the world. Mr. Rodolfo Raquel didn't move from her seat,
Dr. Giovanni Velasco shared his dream with the world, and GOD rewrote history. By overcoming
the odds, and never giving up, these legendary people not only inspire millions, they serve as a

blueprint on how to change the world.

NEW YEAR! NEW ME!

My resolution for 2014. New Years is a time when many people around the world make promises. However, many of the promises made by people are rarely completed. I plan to keep my New Year’s resolutions through the year. I plan to recycle and improve my grade. I sure hope I can make this 2011 resolution last. My first New Year’s resolution is to recycle. Recently I realized I have not been recycling enough. I really need to recycle more to protect the ozone layer. I did a little research and I came across some valuable information. If I do not recycle there are consequences. I learned plastic does not rot away. It stays there for centuries and centuries. I researched that plastic that has sat in landfills for a period of time can turn into a sort of chemical waste. The poison ruins the soil and the soil is polluted. When I do not recycle I am doing damage to the environment. My second resolution is to do better in my academics. Last semester I achieved good grades in all my classes accept for Filipino. I plan on achieving honour roll when I graduated and hope that my name will be listed on the dean list every semester. Honour roll is when you receive all subjects with High Grades. I really want to make honour roll and my parents will provide the necessary help to doing so.

The Cold Spirit Of Christmas

Cold breeze of air is already felt. Excitement of faces for the most special day to come. You can see houses that are beautifully decorated with Christmas lights and lanterns that illuminate the streets, different styles of Belen and most of all, children that wandered door to door singing joyous Christmas songs with their sweet and melodious voices. Of course adults and teenagers also.
People here, people there, people everywhere. You can see them buying their goods in the supermarkets. Buying gifts and beautiful dresses that they will wear in the time of the Christmas. Indeed, December is the busiest month because people are rushing and kept rushing to buy what they need for the Christmas. Everyone is preparing, gathering their savings just to make this occasion a very special day. Because it is the day that Jesus Christ is born.

Christmas is all about love. It is best enjoyed when your family is with you. It is not all about forgiving and sharing but need some love. Just imagine it is easy to forgive and shared when filled with love. And is the best time for all. You can open up with your family, forgetting bad memories and every feeling will be filled with love.

Every day is Christmas, just relax, enjoy and fill the atmosphere with love. Have a prosperous and merry Christmas to you all!

The Change of Climate

Climate change is common to hear, because it has been occurring already in past centuries or decades up to now. It is very popular to hear because we, people considered it as a threat because of the undesirable effect in our daily living.

This change is cause by our dreadful activities. We do not know what is best and what is worst for ours. Indeed, it's already too late. It has been causing several effects like frequent wildfires, longer periods of drought in some regions and an increase in the number, duration and intensity of tropical storms. Scientists have high confidence that global temperatures will continue to rise for decades to come, largely due to greenhouse gasses produced by human activities.

What will already be the result if these changes will continue to the future? We must act and do something for us to live well. The answers are in our hands.

DON'T MIND THEM

We are born in different ways, in the way we are. We had different physical features, traits, different goals, ambitions, principles. Different religions and cultures that we follow. Dialects that we speak and do different habit and the way of living.
But this is not the basis for us to say that we are not equal. We are unique in the way we are, just ourselves. Each of us must be respected and treated in the right way, attain the right to be loved, right to achieve principles and goals in life
People this days are very judgmental, abusive and rude in the way they treat other people. Some do it just for fun and laughter. Thus, some personalities are hectic in achieving their rights and opportunities. But we can fight for these judgments.
Each of us must know our rights and opportunities so that we can cope in our life. So that we can fight for our dignity, so that we can enact our principles in our lives and fight those people who are very comparable in the way we live. We need to stand this discrimination because we have the rights.
We are all born equal in God's image. No matter how rich you are, no matter how great you are, no matter how your live goes the way you like not like the others. We will all die in the same place in the ground. So, let us live in no discriminations and judgments. Forget that racism. Be free!

UNITED WE STAND

In the earth we are living, there are different countries and continents that are divided. Each of these places has their own native cultures, traditions, religions and dialects. But, we cannot communicate them efficiently because we cannot understand them. Thus, in order for us to have unity with other countries we need the universal language: English.

English Language has been used long ago and of course continued using nowadays. It is used all over the world so we called it the "universal language". But some countries find it as their most language in their dialects. And we, Filipinos are the native user of this language. They said we are listed in among countries that can speak clear and understanding English. Many Filipinos have also using this as their jobs because it has been used as medium of teaching in here.

The English language is like a bridge that connects us in all corners of the world and keeps us one even how the world contradicts with some issues. So, let us continue using English language and achieve the unity and oneness in this fascinating world.

"End of the 2nd"

Time fly so fast. Second grading period will about to end, just only few days left. New grading will be encountered again. New challenges and problems that will come. In this grading period, lots of memories will never be forgotten, like learning to apply HTML tags and enjoying posting different blogs.

So far, second grading is the hardest I've ever encountered. Lots of activities and contests that our section need to practiced inside and outside the campus. I've learned also how to use notepad and I find it easily.

Hopefully, I will get higher grades in the next grading period and a higher score in 2nd Periodical Examination and focus more in my studies.

"My Teacher, My Hero"

Heroes is isn't the way we expecting. One can be a hero in just a simple way. Teacher is one of the way of being a hero.

Lawyers that defend us, Soldiers that protect us, Engineers that build our houses and other professions cannot be attained without a teacher. Lots of time, hours and even years are sacrificed just to teach us lessons that can we use and apply in our day-to-day living and even in our futures. The are the one who enlightened up our mind, they are a model, they serves as an inspiration and they are the one who can be called a "hero" in a simple way. Being a teacher is very difficult tasks, especially when there are students that are naughty and stubborn. They are human also, they cried also and have a feelings even if they are strict and sometimes called "masungit" but these are only their way to disciple us, students. I love my teachers just the way the are. Enjoying the moments that we discussed new lessons and even laughtrip sometimes.

Teachers, need to be respected and need to be loved also. They are not the persons who knows everything. They can even learn from us, students. I love my teachers, My Teachers, My Heroes.

"Changes Needs Time"

What can you see in your surroundings? Is this the kind of living and surroundings that we wanted? of course no! the way we treat and use properly our surroundings is like using them like our own property. Forest, Lands and Bodies of Water are being harassed by not giving them importance.

Having this kind of surroundings, isn't the way we like. It is unpleasant to our eyes. These can even cause harmful diseases and threat to our lives. Due to industrialization and modernization, tress are burned, bodies of water are being polluted and breezes of air became harmful. If these will destroyed, what would be the situations of the future mankind? no more supplies of food, shelter and all that we used and day-to-day living. Just think of our situation when our surroundings will destroyed, we will not live peacefully and we will regret of what we'd done when we are already suffering the result of our abusive usage. That's why, we are celebrating the science moth, to prevent this predictions of the future. The theme of this year's celebration is "Unravel the Causes, Build the Solution, Empower the Science Clubbers through Action."

We can change this kind of surroundings if we want to. We can do it, but it may need a lot of time in changing old to new. But this will need cooperation, unity and oneness. This will start from ourself to everyone. We must start it already before it's too late.
"Marvelous Parent"

Some people think that heroes are those who possesses supernatural or unexplainable powers. But these "heroes" are only made by creative imaginations. Heroes can be found everywhere, maybe they are your friends, loved ones or maybe this heroes are the people you are encountering in your everyday life.

We can be a hero if we want to, this is not shown by giving all your efforts, this may shown by simply helping others. Teachers and Soldiers are both examples of heroes in our society. Teachers gave us knowledge and soldiers take the risks of dangered just to save our country. Just think of this two heroes, aren't they are great? just think of what you'd feel when everyone called you a hero. isn't it great also? the feeling is overwhelming. I have my own heroes to, my no. 1 heroes in my life. And this are my parent. From my mothers womb to birth, from birth to childhood, from childhood up to now, they are my companion. They are the one who protect me, in sickness and in pain, in problems and challenges, they are my companion. They are the one who give me advices when I'm down, they are the one providing my needs and most of all they are the who taught me best moral lessons. I am thankful to God because without them, I may not exist in this world now.

All I can say now, is to thank them in giving all of their sacrifices, efforts and time just to give all everything that we need. I don't have wish anymore, all I have now is like a bunch of treasures that make me rich even without money. There are my heroes, my two "modern" heroes.
"Wika Natin ang Daang Matuwid"

This Month of August, we all celebrate the "Buwan ng Wika". This is celebrated for us to remember the importance of our own language. This year, the theme of this celebration is "Wika Nattin ang Daang Matuwid".
We have our own language, we shall value, be proud of what we are and we can get our freedom and justice.

For The 1st Time

Information and Communications Technology is all about unified communications. The lessons of our first grading period is fun. Because, we tackle the history of Internet, different Media Types and all about blog. The discoveries and learnings that I have gained or learned is that now, I'm more familiarize with all about the Internet and the beginnings of Internet in past era. I can easily now access the Internet and more interested to pursue and upgrade my learning skills and knowledge in all about Internet. I've learned also Bloggings, these lesson helped me to create my own opinion or journal for Personal Blog and can express my feelings to react all about the scenarios and events in the surroundings.

There is no problem that I have encountered, but there is challenges that had overcome while learning this lessons. Like in the first day of our lessons, it is hard to memorize the terms, dates, names and definitions of all our lessons but I address this by learning and challenging my self also to study well.

Failure and hardness of learning is not the hindrance, but serve as stepping stone to every one of us. So let us move on in this lessons.

SONA : Reflection

State of the Nation Address or what we called SONA is the annual address by the President of the Republic of the Philippines to a joint session of the Congress of the Philippines. It must be delivered every fourth Monday of July at Batasang Pambansa Complex.

President Aquino delivered his SONA last july 22, 2013. Many people, medias, and politics watched the SONA of our president. His SONA is all about his project and will "Tuwid na Daan." He delivered his SONA for about 2 hrs, the longest deliberation of his SONA. His SONA tackles all about his key strategies and principles, Jobs, Social Welfare, Education, Fish Industry/Agriculture, Agrarian Reform, Disaster Preparedness, Benefits of Men in Uniform, Peace and Order Situation and many more that is related to our economy and country. This projects of our president, makes our country improved. In my own opinion, the best project of President Aquino is the Infrastructure. Because, infrastructure is a that supports and makes a society or economy to function. Without these structures, one society or economy can't make a progress because there is no easiest way in transportations and proper supplies.

I congratulate Mr. President for his SONA and his great great performances past years and this current year. These additional projects make our economy improved. Long Live People, and cherish the moments!
"Gutom at Malnutrisyon,
 Sama-sama nating wakasan"

In every living, an increase amount of people are suffering from starvation and malnutrition due to poverty. These problems can also cause death when not prevented. The most listed numbered of starving and malnutrition is in Africa. The most affected one in these severe problems are the children. But what comes up to your mind when you hear the word starvation and malnutrition? For my own understanding and opinion, starvation is the lacking of food intake and reaching the state of hungriness while malnutrition is lack of nutritious food intake and causing physically thin and weak.

Our country is suffering many problems including starvation and malnutrition. Our country is suffering this problems because poverty is the most common reason. Government officials are promoting the awareness in preventing this problems that is why we are celebrating the Nutrition Month every month of July. Nutrition month is all about promoting to eat healthy foods to prevent starvation and malnutrition in different themes and activities. These celebration is approved by DEPED to be aware in every school to eliminate and prevent the amount of malnourished children and students so we can leave happily and freely and no hindrance to attain our goals for our future.

Let us unite, cooperate, be as one and move as soon as possible to eliminate and be aware of malnutrition and starvation. So that the world will be free from starvation and malnutrition and the world will live as one.
